A lawn sign tells neighbours that there is local support for responsible budgets, transparency and an independent voice on Council. Signs are available to residents and businesses that would like one.
If you would like a sign at your Niagara Falls home or business, send the campaign your name, address, phone number and the best location for the sign. Delivery can then be arranged.
Simple ways to take part
Nothing here requires a major commitment.
The most useful support is often simply helping another resident recognize my name, understand what I stand for and know where to find the campaign information.

Connect the name with the person
Many residents knew my Niagara Tinting work or had seen my community involvement in 2022, but did not necessarily connect those things with the plain name printed on the ballot. This campaign uses my photograph more consistently so voters can recognize who I am.

If you have an appropriate place for a lawn sign or would like printed campaign information to share with someone who asks, those materials are available. There is no expectation beyond using them where they may help residents learn about the campaign.

The campaign is based at 4480 Bridge Street.
This is where I operate Niagara Tinting, where I live and where I am organizing the campaign. Lawn signs, campaign cards and flyers are kept here for residents who would like to use or share them.
If you would like to pick up materials, contact me first so we can choose a convenient time and I can have everything ready. Taking materials does not create any further obligation; they are simply available if they would help you introduce the campaign to someone else or make it more visible in the community.
The most important step
Recognize the name—and make the effort to vote.
Fewer than three in ten eligible Niagara Falls voters cast a ballot in 2022. I received support from residents who knew my work, but many people did not yet connect the name “Joedy Burdett” with Niagara Tinting, my community activity or the person they had met.
This time, I am making that connection clearer. If you recognize me, agree with my approach and want me to serve on Council, the most valuable thing you can do is make the effort to cast your vote.
No pressure
Participation starts with paying attention.
You do not need to volunteer or display a lawn sign to have a voice in this campaign. Reading the information, asking a question, sharing the website and voting are meaningful forms of participation.
